When can I pick up my ordered items?
Shipment will be arranged 1 to 2 business days after checkout, and we ship normally Monday to Friday.
Domestic Shipping
UPS delivers all our domestic orders, with standard delivery lead time of 3-7 business days.
International Shipping
DHL delivers all our international orders.
The standard delivery lead time for international orders is 4-21 business days.
International shipments have longer delivery windows, and customs reviews cause wide fluctuations in transit time.
